All information submitted upon your order is strictly confidential. AgriHouse's Biocontrol EcommerceStore does not share or distributor your name or email to any third-party. All sales transactions are secure and encyrpted for your protection.
Payment Options: We gladly accept VISA/MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards, checks, money orders and PAYPAL. Educational institutions may place orders with a Purchase Order by Fax (970) 532-0921.
Credit Card Transactions: The credit card 'billing' address must match the 'ship to' address.
Shipping: We endeavor to offer a fair shipping cost on all of our orders. Aerponics units and systems are custom built and lead times my vary. Allow 6 to 8 weeks on large orders.
Notification of Revised Shipping Charges: If your shipping cost, found in this invoice, needs to be changed due to shipping location and product weight we will notify you by email. Please recheck your email within 24 hours. Only then upon your response we will process your credit card and order.
Terms & Conditions of Sale:
Our aeroponic units and systems are built by SPECIAL ORDER and we accept no returns for refunds for these units. All sales are FINAL.
No returns allowed for software or CD-ROMs (replacement only).
All other products require a return authorization number and a 20% restocking charge.
Damage or misused goods cannot be returned for credit.
All other products come with a 30-day limited warranty for parts and labor.
If the above products are not what you ordered please contact us immediately.
Limited Warranty: Our commercial aeroponic systems come with a one-year warranty. All other products come with a 90-day limited warranty for parts and labor. We will gladly repair these items at any time during the warranty period.
Return Authorization: Please call or email us for a return authorization number. We will return the item postage pre-paid. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
Restocking Charge: A 20% restocking charge we be charge to all orders returned for credit. Please contact by email or phone to receive an return authorization number. Damage or misused goods cannot be returned for credit.
Non-returnable Items: No returns allowed for software or CD-ROMs (replacement only). Damage or misused goods.
